The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests (including 4 adults) in 2 bedrooms, (1 king bed and 2 doubles) one complete bathroom plus a powder room. Open and spacious dining/living area with comfortable leather sofa.

We offer all the houseware you will need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Full size refrigerator. Ceramic glass stop electric stove and oven. Coffee maker. Dishwasher. Free internet. Linen and bath towels provided.  Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and pool and beach amenities available for use. Please note we  provide complimentary toiletries at your arrival but we do not provide toiletries for your whole stay.

Building amenities include business center, pool table, fitness center, 24 hour valet parking (payable directly on-site) and “Enjoy Café” serving coffee and food from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Additional fee to be paid at arrival in front desk for key FOB 1-3 guests $40.00 4-6 guests $80.00

No pets allowed. No smoking. Parties are not allowed in the property. Please remember that this is our personal vacation condo and the building is not a hotel, be mindful and respectful to the neighbors that call this building home during your stay.
