The Condo
The 970 sq. ft. condo is a freshly remodeled and newly furnished unit in The Sian, a resort-like residential complex.
The unit offers plenty of space and comfort and includes:

This is your own private condo — much better than a hotel room.
The condo offers plenty of room and comfort, comparable to what you would expect from a high-end hotel, but with the advantages of having your own private apartment.
The condo is equipped with a DVD player and USB reader, a sound system with iPhone dock, Wi-Fi Internet*, a brand-new 55" flat-screen TV with a large selection of IPTV* channels as well as 30+ basic local channels, and an IP phone*.
The Sian
In addition to the private pool, the complex offers a private gym, pool room, conference room, and a laundry room on each floor.
The building has 24-hour security service and valet parking. If you have a car, parking is paid directly to the valet. The cost is $100 for a 7-day stay.
Upon arrival, you will meet with the building concierge. You will need to purchase a key fob that gives you access to the pool and the beach. The key fob costs $30 for up to three adults and is free for children.
Location
The Sian, next to The Tides, is conveniently located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
It is approximately 9 miles (14 km) from Fort Lauderdale Airport, about a 15-minute drive, and 20 miles (33 km) from Miami International Airport, about a 30-minute drive, depending on traffic.
A Few Important Details
The Sian is a residential condominium complex. All occupants either own or rent their apartment.
This is your own private condo — you will be staying in my personal condo, with my own furniture and all the usual amenities you would expect from a home. During your stay, you will be considered my guest and a resident of the building.
There is also the Enjoy Café in the lobby, serving excellent coffee and food from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
As this is a residential building, you are expected to respect the peace and quiet of the other residents at all times.
